RegNow, a leading software distributor, first it puts a small .exe on your computer. Then, when you install TLT and have internet working, it does an electronic handshake with RegNow that is invisible to you, but downloads/installs the complete software and unlocks it. You are allowed to install this on two different computers 3 times.
